Atlantic City Convention Center to Welcome 22,000 Exhibitors and Delegates for the Largest Municipal Gathering in the Country

Event Will Generate More Than 8,400 Hotel Room Nights and More Than $10 Million in Economic Impact for Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Monday, November 13, 2017) The New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJLM) will bring its 102nd Annual Conference, the country’s largest municipal gathering, to the Atlantic City Convention Center for three days beginning Tuesday, November 14 and concluding Thursday, November 16. More than 22,000 exhibitors and delegates are expected to be in attendance for this year’s conference.

The conference is an invaluable learning experience, which yields benefits throughout the year. Delegates have the opportunity to learn and ask questions at more than 100 panels, clinics, workshops and other sessions conducted by the League and the 21 associations of technical and professional employees allied with it. Commercial, government and association exhibits display the latest products and services for municipal government.

Local Atlantic City businesses are expected to greatly benefit from the NJLM conference activity at the convention center over three days. The economic impact is expected to reach more than $10 million. In addition, more than 8,400 hotel room nights have been contracted by convention center visitors throughout the week.

“We are looking forward to holding the 102nd and 103rd Annual New Jersey League of Municipalities Conferences at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Both the City of Atlantic City and Meet AC continue to make sure all our needs are met even as we must move some 18,000 attendees around 8 properties over 3 days of meetings and events. It’s a great partnership that creates great results,” stated Michael Darcy, executive director, New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJLM).

A full conference program of over 100 sessions scheduled for the three day event is available at or download the free NJLM Conference App by visiting your device’s App store.
