ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Friday, February 24, 2017) The Progressive® Insurance Atlantic City Boat Show® docks March 1-5, 2017 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. More than 500 boats and activities for water-lovers will give lifelong boating enthusiasts and novices alike an all-access pass to discover why life is better with a boat.

New this year, the Show has introduced “Super Thursday,” a full day of incredible deals on boats and marine accessories, as well as $5 off tickets purchased after 5:00 p.m., reduced parking fees, food and drink specials, and more. Meet AC, the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Bureau, has partnered with the Show to add to the fun with giveaways generously donated from Meet AC, Spectra and various partners around Atlantic City that include:

Attendees can take advantage of Meet AC’s “Super Thursday” giveaways throughout the day by visiting the Meet AC Super Thursday table Thursday, March 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Atlantic City Convention Center atrium.

In addition to “Super Thursday,” Boat Show shoppers can take advantage of New Jersey’s latest sales tax benefits on boats of all sizes as they shop, compare and find competitive deals on hundreds of the latest boats and thousands of new technologies. With everything from kayaks and personal watercraft to sportfishers and watersports boats, as well as new boats that can be financed for less than $250 a month, there is a boat for every lifestyle and budget at the Show.

Attendees can also try the first-ever stand up “pedal” board and other paddlesports in the new indoor paddle pool; learn about the latest wakesports tricks and trends from professional world water ski team champion April Coble Eller; catch tips from the pros at the Discover Fishing seminar series; see 1950s classic and race boat display; give little skippers a taste of the boating lifestyle with the Kids Create-a-Boat workshop; and give back to the local community by supporting Captain’s Table Gala on Thursday evening hosted by “Let Us Eat, Please” and the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

Tickets will be sold onsite and will cost $16 for adults and children under the age of 15 get in free. Tickets can also be purchased in advance online.
