Atlantic City Site Visit Protocol

AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION PICK UP:

Upon arrival at the Airport or Train Station, client will be greeted by a driver from Joe’s Atlantic City Transportation.  Masks must be worn at all times in the limousine/car/van.  COVID-19 safety protocols taken by Joe’s Limousine:

  • Drivers will be wearing face coverings the entire time, from airport to hotel.
  • Thorough cleaning of each vehicle's interior surfaces with Clorox or a bleach-based disinfectant wipes conducted following each transport.
  • Removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat back pockets.
  • Cease of placing water bottles in the vehicle beverage holders to limit physical handling and material sharing between passengers and drivers.
  • Removal of all glassware from limousines and party buses to limit physical handling and material sharing between passengers and drivers.
  • All vehicles will be stocked with hand sanitizer and hand sanitizer wipes in the passenger compartment for riders safety and for use while onboard.

ARRIVAL AT ASSIGNED HOTEL:

Upon arrival at assigned hotel, existing hotel protocol will prevail.

MEET AC/CLIENT MEETING:

Meet AC manager will meet client at assigned hotel.  Upon meeting, client(s) will be given a Meet AC welcome bag which will include an Atlantic City face mask and hand sanitizer.  A jitney will be utilized for all transportation. See jitney COVID-19 safety protocol below:

  • Jitney will be wiped down and properly disinfected prior to client/staff pick up.
  • Driver will wipe down and properly disinfect the bus, between trips.
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be located at the front of each bus and accessible to all riders.

ARRIVAL AT THE ATLANTIC CITY CONVENTION CENTER:

Meet AC Staff and clients will arrive and enter the AC Convention Center through Door #6.

  • All persons entering the building are mandated to pass a health screening evaluation, including a temperature check.  Any person refusing to undergo a temperature screen or answer the screening questions will be denied entry to the venue
  • If client is arriving at the Convention Center on their own, upon meeting, client(s) will be given a Meet AC welcome bag which will include an Atlantic City face mask and hand sanitizer.
  • Face masks will be required while in the building.
  • Social Distancing of at least 6ft. will be required.
  • A maximum capacity of 2 individuals per elevator.

HOTEL SITES WITH CLIENT:

Upon arrival at individual properties, all existing hotel protocols will prevail.

  • See list under Assigned Hotel
  • Adhere to clings on the carpets and signage reminding of social distancing

DINING:

Meet AC Staff/clients are to adhere to protocol at individual dining establishment and NJ State Covid-19 safety protocol.

  • Signage at the entrance that states that no one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 should enter the establishment.
  • Limit seating to a maximum of 8 individuals per table.  If more than 8 people, group will be split between multiple tables.
  • Minimum distance of 6 feet between tables
  • Customers must wear face coverings at all times, except where doing so would inhibit the individual’s health, or where the individual is under two years of age. When seated at their table or their individual seat, indoor patrons shall wear face coverings until their food or drinks arrive, and after individuals have finished consuming their food or drinks, they shall put their face coverings back on.
  • Provide hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol for employees and customers close to workstations and customer tables.

ATLANTIC CITY ATTRACTIONS:

  • Face masks will be required.
  • Social Distancing of at least 6ft.
  • A maximum capacity of 2 individuals per elevator.
