The Yard, is nestled between the Dennis Towers, is over 10,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of new construction. This beer garden-style venue will be a must-experience attraction offering live entertainment, a gastro-pub style menu, a curated tap list featuring local and national brewers, and craft cocktails. Adding to this experience will be 90’s themed arcade games, lounge-style seating, and an indoor and outdoor stage for live entertainment.

Resorts Casino Hotel is renovating its rooftop pool, adding a retractable roof to enable it to be used year-round. Resorts also is investing $5 million into new table games and slot machines, remodeling its high-limit slots area, and creating a new VIP Asian-themed room.
Citywide Development
Stockton University broke ground for Phase II of the Atlantic City Campus, which will feature a residential dormitory expansion. The project is set for completion in 2023.
$50,000 for Trump Plaza Redevelopment Plan; The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) awards a $50,000 grant to help the community redevelop/repurpose the previous Trump Plaza area.
AtlantiCare ceremoniously broke ground on a $38.3 million Medical Arts Pavilion in Atlantic City.
The expansion of the off-Boardwalk Orange Loop introduces the proposal of Cardinal Restaurant & Hotel. Announced in September, this $5 million boutique hotel would offer a 300-seat ground-floor restaurant and rooftop dining.
Atlantic City will play a big role in the offshore wind energy industry. Atlantic Cape Community College plans to open a wind energy workforce training center on its city campus in the fall, and wind developer Orsted hopes to start work in 2022 on a maintenance and operations center in Atlantic City to support its offshore wind projects in the area.
